REQUIREMENTS IN RECEIVING THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM (INFANT)

  • Pre-baptismal seminar of Parents and God parents.
  • Copy of baptismal certificate of Parents and God parents.
  • Copy of Maternal & Child Health handbook (“Boshitecho”)
    [The page where the name of the child to be baptized is written.]
  • Fill out and submit the application form.
    *Schedule of seminars: Every 2nd Sundays after the English Mass (Appointment is required.)

    Write the name(s) on the envelope where you will put your donation
    Please hand it to the Commentator or anyone from the Choir 15 minutes before the Mass starts.

ADULT CATECHISM 

  • We welcome everyone to join in an hour, once a month, of learning and deepening our Catholic Faith with Father Edwin Coros after the English Mass at the Parish Hall.

  • Every 1st & 3rd Sundays @2PM

A CALL FOR SUPPORT FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HACHIOJI CHURCH BUILDING (OUR CHURCH NEEDS OUR HELP) 

  • The English Mass Group is supporting the Hachioji Catholic Church’s fund-raising project for the reconstruction of our Church.

MINI BAZAR / DONATIONS FOR CHURCH RECONSTRUCTION

  • Every 2nd Sundays after the English Mass, we hold a mini bazar where we sell pre-loved items and homemade Filipino sweets (“kakanin”).
  • We also sell special memorabilia (key holders, tote bags, mugs), with all proceeds going directly to this fundraising project.
  • In addition, the Japanese Parishioners also host a mini bazar basically every 3rd Sundays after the Mass in support of the same cause.
  • For Cash donations, please visit the Church Office and specify that your gift is for the Church Reconstruction Fund [“聖堂建設”/”せいどうけんせつ”/”Seido Kensetsu”].
  • We deeply appreciate your kindness and support in helping rebuild our Church.
